1. Shipping Locations

We are pleased to offer shipping across Pakistan. At this time, we do not ship internationally. We currently deliver to most major cities and towns. If you have any questions about shipping to your specific location, please contact our customer service team.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of products.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: 0 PKR
  • Express Shipping: 200 PKR

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and the total weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available for orders over [Insert amount] PKR.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 TO 2  hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as the order may already be in processing or en route to you.
